WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN YOUR VENUE ACCOMMODATE?
We host weddings, concerts, corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, banquets, student events, and more
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOUR VENUE ACCOMMODATE?
We can host up to 550 standing guests or 200 seated, depending on your setup needs.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR EVENT?
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings. Smaller events may require less notice
IS CATERING AVAILABLE ON-SITE?
Yes! We offer inhouse catering with customizable menus created by our executive chef.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERER OR VENDORS?
We do not allow outside catering, as we offer full in-house catering services to ensure quality, consistency, and food safety standards. However, we're happy to work with external vendors for services like photography, décor and entertainment. Please contact us for a list of preferred vendors or to discuss specific needs
DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES, CHAIRS, AND LINENS?
Yes, we offer a selection of tables, chairs, linens, and décor options.
IS THERE A SOUND SYSTEM OF AV EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE?
Yes, our venue is equipped with concert-style lighting and professional- grade sound and av equipment.
IS THERE A DANCE FLOOR
Yes, we can configure a dance floor area based on your layout and guest count
DO YOU OFFER BAR SERVICES?
Absolutely! We have a fully licensed bar and professional bartenders. Custom drink packages and signature cocktails are available
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there is ample parking available nearby
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION OR REFUND POLICY?

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS WE SHOULD BEAWARE OF?
Certain restrictions may apply regarding noise, decor and outside vendors. We'll provide a full list during the booking process
CAN WE HAVE OUR CEREMONY ON CAMPUS?
Western University's campus is the perfect location for your ceremony. Inquiries for access to outdoor spaces must go through Western University but we are more than happy to put you in touch with the appropriate parties. We also have a beautiful new ceremony room located steps from the Wave. The Wave. Our ceremony room can accommodate up to 150 guests. The Wave can also provide rooms nearby for the bridal party to relax in before the ceremony begin.
CAN WE TAKEPHOTOGRAPHS ON WESTERN'S CAMPUS?
With our spectacular campus as your backdrop, you are in the perfect place for unforgettable photographs. The Wave staff can guide you to some of the most beautiful areas on campus including buildings that will provide stunning architecture and stained glass as the backdrop for your photographs. If you are looking for a photographer, let us help. The Wave works closely with fantastic local photographers.
